The Process

Every Step, Considered.
The Coat Consultation
Every visit begins with a hands-on assessment — we check coat density, skin condition, and any mats before a single tool is picked up. This is where we learn your dog's history and agree on a look.
The Bath Ritual
We use Earthbath oatmeal-lavender shampoo on sensitive coats and Chris Christensen Ice on White for bright whites. Water temperature is checked by hand. Every dog is dried at low heat — never cage-dried.
The Cut
Whether breed-standard or owner-custom, every cut is scissored by hand for precision lines. We use Andis clippers for body work and Japanese shears for finish. Show dogs receive a pre-ring consultation 48 hours out.
The Reveal
A finishing spritz of lavender hydrosol, a bandana or bow of your choice, and a photo sent to your phone before pickup. We also send a Coat Condition Report noting anything your vet should know.
Margaux remembered that Pepper gets anxious around dryers and hand-dried her the whole time. That's not a groomer. That's a guardian.
